As of CG-3 version 0.9.9.10730, the STRICT-TAGS feature is considered
usable and recommended:
http://visl.sdu.dk/cg3/chunked/tags.html#strict-tags
This allows you to maintain a white-list of tags, which greatly helps
prevent typos.
And once you have a Strict-Tags list, you can use those tags as sets that
contain themselves, so all those LIST N = N ; can be removed.
